Return Policy 

All items in our store are 100% handmade or handcrafted to order; therefore, all sales are final and we do not offer any returns or refunds. However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us by email at sales@cbjshop.com within 72 hours of receipt of the item(s). 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it is delivered and contact us within 72 hours of receipt if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email us at sales@cbjshop.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition, as well as the packaging. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Returned or Refused Shipments

Please make sure to enter the correct shipping address before checking out. If an incorrect address was provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for paying return shipping. As mentioned above, all sales are final and refusing a shipment is not authorized and is also subject to return shipping costs payable by the customer.
